Hello, I’m a trained journalist with over 14 years’ experience working on staff in various demanding media environments. I’ve authored/edited thousands of published articles, including news, features and travel. I’ve authored seven independently published books and authored/contributed to three traditionally published non-fiction books.
I began writing columns and feature articles for Sorted Magazine in 2020, was appointed as Digital Editor in 2022, and following the final issue of Sorted print magazine in September 2024, became Editor of Sorted Digital online magazine in January 2025. I’ve written for a variety of mags, rags and radio stations.
My latest book, Notes from the North end of Nowhere, published by scm, won The Christlit Book Award and was shortlisted in the Creative Future Writers’ Award.
